About dummyaddress.org
dummyaddress.org gives you realistic, correctly formatted test addresses for any country, US state or major city we cover. It exists for the jobs where a real address would be wrong to use: filling a Figma mockup, testing a checkout form, seeding a staging database, or checking that a label prints the way a local post office expects.
Who builds it
The site is built and run by Beyond Labs. We make tools for developers and designers and use this generator in our own testing work. It is free, needs no account, and the JSON and CSV API needs no key.
How the addresses are made
City, state and country names are real places. Street lines, house numbers, postal codes, phone numbers and coordinates are generated. Each one follows the local format: US ZIP and ZIP+4, UK postcodes on the post town line, Indian six-digit PIN codes, house number before street in France, and so on. Postal codes are drawn from ranges that belong to the chosen city or region, so a Miami address carries a Miami ZIP, not a random five digits.
Generation is seeded by the place you pick, using Faker plus our own postal and phone data for each country. The how it works page has the details.
What they are not
These are not real homes and not real people. They are not deliverable and must not be used for shipping, billing, identity checks or any legal purpose. We never generate names, Social Security numbers, payment cards or dates of birth, and we do not store the rows you generate.
